Circuits can be done indoors, in a park, in your workplace, practically anywhere.
It is an ideal all round workout where you combine cardiovascular and resistance training in a 45-60 minute programme. Groups of 2- 20 can enjoy working together skipping, running, using resistance bands, medicine balls, fit balls, boxing gloves and more. Its fun, motivational and you never stop moving.
Get a group of friends or workmates together, choose your location, dress appropriately,bring some water and go for it!
