We will then study your food diary together with the vitamin and mineral survey and produce a report with recommendations for changes to your diet. All reports are detailed giving concise explanations for the recommendations, and detailing which foods should be added. We'll even supply you with a recommended one-day menu to show you how easy it is to make the changes.
