Injuries, no matter where they happen, are a common occurrence for people in all walks of life. Most of these injuries involve soft tissue.

Along with different physiotherapy practices, such as sports (deep tissue) massage and ultra sound, soft tissue injuries require different forms of stretching and strengthening as part of their rehabilitation. This is where your Personal Trainer can help you most.

Our instructors have a thorough knowledge of the human body and the strains and stresses placed upon it when training. From the earliest point in your rehabilitation, even when you may not be able to put any weight on the injury, your trainer can progress you towards full fitness.

He/she will take you through a series of different stretches and exercises, using your own body as resistance, and introducing exercise equipment that will hasten your recovery.
