Motivation, time constraints and lack of knowledge are major factors that prevent people from training regularly.
We will fit in with your daily routine, providing fun and varied workouts,
at a time or times that suit you. Your trainer will come to you, show you correct
techniques and posture, and motivate you to push just that little bit harder.
At eg health|fitness your trainer will be your partner… training right
beside you, running with you, talking you through it all the way.
