Whatever your sport we can modify your training to suit it.
Our instructors have knowledge of a wide variety of sports including marathon running, sailing, triathlon, rugby, football, adventure racing and aerobics - you name it, we can train you for it.
We study the stresses and strains put on different athletes in their chosen sports and adapt the exercises to suit. Be it the speed and ruggedness of rugby and football, or to the stamina needed in the long training runs for a marathon, each sport and client needs to be assessed separately - and trained accordingly.
