The desire to lose weight is one of the first things many of our clients highlight on their questionnaire.
We believe that a good regular exercise programme (at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes or more), along with a healthy nutritional plan is all you need to get your body in great shape.
Your training will be a mix of cardiovascular fitness and resistance training to burn calories and increase your metabolic rate. We strongly suggest you get nutritional advice to maximise the benefits of both eating and exercising and point you in the right direction towards your weight/body shape goal.
