All our clients are asked to fill out a client record form including information about medical history, allergies, special considerations, doctor’s details and a list of conditions that may cause problems during a massage. We will then discuss how these will be dealt with before starting the massage.
A full and comprehensive set of notes will be written up on the session so that the therapist knows exactly what was done and if there are particular issues for future reference.
