I have been training with Graeme and Elinor for over 4 months now, to get fit for rugby. Having checked out several personal trainers in my local area, I decided to use eg health|fitness because I was impressed by their knowledge and experience, but more importantly by their willingness to develop specific programmes suited to my particular goals, rather than generic fitness programmes. As a result, I have achieved noticeable improvements in speed, strength and stamina that I would not have achieved on my own.
For
me, the style of training is also important, and this is where Graeme
and Elinor really made a difference. There is plenty of variety between
sessions, so I never get stale repeating the same exercises over and over
again, and they both often participate in various exercises, rather than
just standing around shouting instructions, which is great for motivation.
Most important of all, perhaps, Graeme and Elinor know how to strike the
delicate balance between pushing you further, and acknowledging your efforts,
which helps you to get the most out of each session.
