who are we
elinor staddon dip PT, BSc hons
After her bachelor of Science Degree Elinor moved into a career in Information Technology, becoming a trainer to the recruitment and then advertising industries. During this time she discovered running and completed her first marathon in just under 4 hours in 1997. She decided to try harder the following year.
Since then her marathon times have dropped consistently to a very creditable 2 hours 55 minutes in the 2001 London Marathon, achieving a place in the top 50. Elinor then wanted to give back some of the enthusiasm and enjoyment she had gained from running and took the plunge to make a career of her hobby. She enrolled in the intensive diploma course at Premier Training and Development.
Since qualifying in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy in September 2001 she has worked in several gyms and clinics including the exclusive Park Club in Acton. Her passion for training outdoors led Elinor to set up eg health|group with Graeme. She has also travelled with the GB Tennis Performance Squad to their Winter Training Camp in the La Manga Club in Spain as a trainer/massage therapist. Elinor's specialist areas include Pre and Post Natal Personal Training, Sport Specific Personal Training and Sports and Relaxation Massage
